At Motel Rocks, we want you to love your items, but if they aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed and the new return label is clearly attached to the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at your nearest authorized carrier location and make sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
